After nearly 18 months of trying to get the Hardy Board on my home cleaned we finally found a professional company to take care of our needs. Jamie came out and walked the property and ensured her company would be able to take care of the problem areas. And indeed they came out and went above and beyond expectations to make our home look beautiful. Very friendly, punctual, knowledgeable and experienced. Most companies don't do test spots for the sake of time. They did test spots with their different levels of techniques and processes to ensure satisfactory results. Recently went with Midwest Softwash for a whole house exterior cleaning. My siding, gutters, retaining wall and patio/driveway look great. Jami came out and reviewed our house within a few days of my request. She explained everything they would do and how they also protect any plants and landscaping. Before leaving she gave us a company brochure and a written proposal with upgrade options. Rick came out three weeks later and did an amazing job on our house. Everything looked amazing. Our white gutters were once again white. The white handrails from our deck were like new. Jami was very polite, responsive and timely with all communication from our initial contact, to her coming out to give us an estimate, to finalizing a contract that worked for our needs. Her follow up after our service was top notch as well. Rick was great to work with. He was on time, reviewed the plan for the day, and was very meticulous with cleaning our home and decks. Just used this company to clean my house and it turned out great! They got all of the mold off of the gutters and everything looks brand new. I’ve had companies in the past power wash my house and it didn’t turn out the way I anticipated, but these guys did get everything clean and all of the mold and dirt off of the house.They use safe chemicals and actually scrub the house and get everything clean and make sure your plants are protected as well.Very professional, friendly and responsive. I highly recommend these guys if you’re looking to have your house power washed. Very reasonably priced as well and definitely worth the investment!

Even short-staffed Rick showed up timely and did an amazing job on a house we are selling. Rick even corrected where I uhhh erroneously tried to pressure was my own vinyl………. Whoops!! I just had our roof and siding washed by this company. They were extremely professionally and knowledgeable. I have a stone coated metal roof which they knew all about. They also made sure the plants/landscaping were rinsed of all product. I was provided a nice discount that made doing the whole house (and decks) worthwhile. They included the front of my barn for a nominal charge. I am 1.5 hours away from their shop in SoIL and I'm confident they would come back when/if needed. Don't hesitate to call this company. Soft washing is different than power washing and made a believer out of me! Thanks to Jami and her husband for doing a great job!

My siding has never looked so clean! I was really happy with the quality of the service and the attention to detail. They were careful to treat the plants so as to not damage them. Then, the soft wash removed the mold that had grown on the side of my house for twenty years. When they were finishing the job, the supervisor even noticed one spot on the downspout that was missed, and they quickly fixed that, as well. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a quality clean not just a cheap pressure washing company.

Midwest Softwash cleaned the outside of our entire house, front porch and back patio. I really WANTED to give them 5 stars. I worked with Jami Shreuthers to get my appointment set up she was friendly and prompt. The guys that came out to our house did a great job, were friendly & did a walk through when they were done.........except our back patio still had some mold on it. They said they would come back out to finish it bc they didn’t want to ruin our grass, which was fine with us but I scheduled a time for them to come back out, and they NEVER showed. I waited until end of day to see if they would call but they never did. After that, I called Jami multiple times and now I’m getting no response. Super disappointing, we paid a lot of money too. I would recommend them if you do not think... you would need a follow-up visit like we did. I wanted to use them in the future too but now we know we cannot fully rely on them.Updated review: I ended up getting a call back a few days later after posting my review. I heard Jamie on a 97.1 show and i really liked the way they clean your house. After meeting with Jamie and getting a quote we decided to give them a chance. Our house was in bad shape in the back and because we live right up against the woods we had alot of spider webs and othere bugs that take residence on our house in corners and gutters.They were right on time extremely professional and very kind. Rick and Adam did a fantastic job. We hired Richard to hang Christmas lights and not only did they beat competitors in the area in price, but they had excellent attention to detail, responsiveness. I had my deck and screened porch soft washed. They did a phenomenal job I was so pleased with their work. I’m addition, they were able to wash all the screens on my porch without damaging any of them because of the process they use. Hands down better then power washing and everything sparkled! I called 5 companies for bids. Heard back from 4 of them. Midwest softwash pricing was in line with everyone else. They showed up on time and did a spectacular job. We hired this small business to clean the outside of our home to prepare it for selling. Our siding is white but was covered with nasty green stuff. The front of our home was the worst. This company made it out to our home on fairly short notice and did an amazing job. I wish i had thought to take photos for a before and after. The difference was highly obvious! I was very pleased and would 100 percent recommend.
