Low-Pressure Soft Washing
for St. Charles County Homes and Businesses
MidWest SoftWash started in 2009 with experience, determination, and a simple idea: build something better. When Rick launched the company here in the St. Charles County area, he wasn’t just chasing work: he wanted to create a real opportunity for himself and, someday, for other hardworking people like him. A place where a person could build an actual career, be treated with respect, take pride in the work, and provide for their family.
Rick went on to train soft washing companies across the country as a national SoftWash Systems Top Gun instructor, so the expertise behind your home didn’t come from a weekend and a rented machine. Today, MidWest SoftWash is still family-owned and operated by Rick and Jami, but the family behind the business has grown to include a full team of trained professionals who share those same values. We’re your neighbors, and we treat your property the way we’d want ours treated.
Why Choose Us?
We’re one of the only companies in the St. Louis metro that performs a true soft wash: low pressure, professional cleaning solutions, and no power washer touching your home or roof. Plenty of companies say “soft wash” and still reach for a pressure washer. We don’t, because doing it right protects your siding, shingles, and warranties.
Here’s what else sets us apart:
Certified, Background-Checked Crews
We're a SoftWash Systems authorized company. Every technician completes 40 hours of certification before working on your home, and our team is background-checked every year through Ask the Seal.
Obsessive Plant And Property Protection
Before a drop of solution touches your home, we protect your landscaping, and we finish delicate plants with a plant-wash application that actually feeds the soil.
The Homes Others Avoid
Luxury and historic properties, dark siding and trim, EIFS and stucco, and difficult roofs like slate, cedar shake, and barrel tile are exactly our kind of work.
Full Photo Documentation
You get timestamped before, during, and after photos sent straight to you. Neighbors helping neighbors, trusted by families across O'Fallon, St. Charles, Lake Saint Louis, and the surrounding communities.
