Established in 2009, we are family-owned and operated. MidWest SoftWash provides expert roof-to-curb exterior cleaning services to the residents of St. Charles, St. Louis, Warren, and Lincoln counties.

Consistency is our aim!
Prepare
Our number one priority is to protect your property, so first thing is to identify and protect any delicate surfaces or items that require our attention, including plants, screens, and electrical boxes.
Hydrate
The next step is to hydrate all plants in the area we will be cleaning, including the grass. Thorough dilution with water keeps the pH level of plants at a neutral level and prevents damage.
Service
Once the property is prepared and all plants are hydrated, we can begin our service. We work from top to bottom, left to right while carefully sanitizing every contaminated exterior surface.
Rejuvenate
After we service, we hydrate plants even more to ensure our solution has been diluted thoroughly into the landscape, and spray them with our proprietary plant-care solution.
Clean Up
When we are finished, we carefully roll up our hoses. We collect our equipment, debris and trash into our vehicles, and leave your property better than how we first found it.

I just had our roof and siding washed by this company. They were extremely professionally and knowledgeable. I have a stone coated metal roof which they knew all about. They also made sure the plants/landscaping were rinsed of all product. I was provided a nice discount that made doing the whole house (and decks) worthwhile. Then, the soft wash removed the mold that had grown on the side of my house for twenty years. When they were finishing the job, the supervisor even noticed one spot on the downspout that was missed, and they quickly fixed that, as well. The guys that came out to our house did a great job, were friendly & did a walk through when they were done.........except our back patio still had some mold on it. They said they would come back out to finish it bc they didn’t want to ruin our grass, which was fine with us but I scheduled a time for them to come back out, and they NEVER showed. I waited until end of day to see if they would call but they never did. After that, I called Jami multiple times and now I’m getting no response. Super disappointing, we paid a lot of money too.
