Midwest Softwash cleaned the outside of our entire house, front porch and back patio. I really WANTED to give them 5 stars. I worked with Jami Shreuthers to get my appointment set up she was friendly and prompt. The guys that came out to our house did a great job, were friendly & did a walk through when they were done.........except our back patio still had some mold on it. They said they would come back out to finish it bc they didn’t want to ruin our grass, which was fine with us but I scheduled a time for them to come back out, and they NEVER showed. I waited until end of day to see if they would call but they never did. After that, I called Jami multiple times and now I’m getting no response. Super disappointing, we paid a lot of money too. I would recommend them if you do not think... you would need a follow-up visit like we did. I wanted to use them in the future too but now we know we cannot fully rely on them.Updated review: I ended up getting a call back a few days later after posting my review. They apologized then came back and finished the job. Everything looks great!read more

I heard Jamie on a 97.1 show and i really liked the way they clean your house. After meeting with Jamie and getting a quote we decided to give them a chance. Our house was in bad shape in the back and because we live right up against the woods we had alot of spider webs and othere bugs that take residence on our house in corners and gutters.They were right on time extremely professional and very kind. Rick and Adam did a fantastic job. I had one area in the back that needed a little more muscle on it and they were back in two days and knocked it out!!Our house shine's and i couldn't be more happy!!😊Thank you all for a fantastic job!! We hired Richard to hang Christmas lights and not only did they beat competitors in the area in price, but they had excellent attention to detail, responsiveness. I was VERY pleased with the work done by Midwest Softwash. Our house had algae, mold, and just several years of GRIME on it. MidWest SoftWash was able to come out quickly and did a fantastic job getting our white siding extremely clean. The previous owners of our home left a lot of black crud all over the exterior. All is gone now, and our home looks fantastic. We also had our windows cleaned. There was a glitch in the system, but Jami worked quickly to rectify this, and our windows were cleaned the next day. Everything looks fantastic! Big thank you to MidWest SoftWash for doing a great job for us in such a timely manner!

I had my deck and screened porch soft washed. They did a phenomenal job I was so pleased with their work. I’m addition, they were able to wash all the screens on my porch without damaging any of them because of the process they use. Hands down better then power washing and everything sparkled! My porch looked brand new! They were punctual, Courteous, professional and very fairly priced.Highly recommend!!!

I called 5 companies for bids. Heard back from 4 of them. Midwest softwash pricing was in line with everyone else. They showed up on time and did a spectacular job. I had some tough areas to reach that were quite dingy and they got them sparkling clean. I wanted a company that used plant friendly chemicals so I wouldn't have to worry about my landscaping. We hired this small business to clean the outside of our home to prepare it for selling. Our siding is white but was covered with nasty green stuff. The front of our home was the worst. This company made it out to our home on fairly short notice and did an amazing job. I wish i had thought to take photos for a before and after. The difference was highly obvious! I was very pleased and would 100 percent recommend.
